I have live in the Macedon Ranges for over 20 years and have loved spending time in nature and researching and testing the native trees and flowers around the ranges and on my own property. Native indigenous flowers which have been growing in my area for thousands of years. After settlement many Europeans brought their plants and I have included this flower range in the shop. Having a blend of both is not unusual as many exotic plants have been here over 150 years. In my essences I use herbs, native and non native plants and shrubs, trees, leaves, gemstones and native grasses.

There are over 150 flower essences and 80 gemstone essences in our collection. We create all essences on our farm with a mindful approach to holistic health . We see this as an interdependent and interconnected system of flowing energetic vibration.

The essences are not oils or perfumes. They work by creating new harmony among body, spirit and soul, like a key unlocking a door. The misinformation is transformed, self-esteem is increased, fears disappear and the body's own self-healing processes are activated. It is truly amazing and I have witnessed many people benefit from using essences.
